Heat sheet will be sent once finalized on the day of the meet.
Timing:
- Team arrival @ 4:30-4:45 PM
- Check in with coaches at covered pavilion by the gym
- Home team warm up @ 4:45-5:00 PM
- Away team warm up @ 5:00-5:15 PM
- Timers/officials meeting @ 5:10 PM - near the scorer's tent
- Meet will start @ 5:30 PM

- Parking will be available in the lot and on the street
General Information:
- Bleachers will be set up between the pool and adult pool
- Coaches will set up in the pavilion by the gym
- Playground will be open
- Baby pool will be closed - away team sets up here
- We will plan to use dive overs for the 11 & over events to save time
- Our pool length is 80 feet. Swimtopia will convert times to 25 meters. We want to let you know this in advance so your swimmers are not disappointed with their clocked times.
Food, Drinks, and Entertainment:
- A buffet will be available from 6PM - 830PM located upstairs
- Member charge
- 3 & under free
- Kids 4-12 $8
- Adults $12
- OTC pool bar will be open
